These terms govern use of the CP Helicopters website and its private-flight request and tracking services. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information and to follow the operational and payment instructions issued for your journey.
Requests are not confirmed flights
Submitting a form creates a request for assessment only. A journey is not confirmed until the authorised operator has verified aircraft, crew, route, weather, passenger eligibility, installation approval and other operational requirements and has issued confirmation.
Accurate information
You must provide complete and accurate passenger, contact, route and travel information. Additional identification, weight, baggage, medical, training or offshore eligibility information may be required before confirmation.
Availability and operational changes
Flights may be delayed, changed or cancelled because of weather, safety, regulatory, airport, installation, aircraft or crew requirements. Safety and the aircraft commander’s operational decisions take priority.
Quotations and payment
A quotation is valid only for the period and conditions stated in the communication sent to you. Payment instructions, cancellation conditions, taxes and refund terms must be confirmed separately before payment.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information, interfere with operation or use its content in violation of applicable law.
Emergency limitation
This website is for planned transportation and is not an emergency evacuation or emergency-response service. Contact the appropriate emergency service for urgent assistance.
